Master Rug Cleaner Carpet was established in 1945 after James Masters bought and renamed Wolf’s Renovations. Since then, Mr. Masters’ main goal has always been to the best in the industry by leaning about the industry’s top equipment manufacturers and cleaning supplies. With the desire to bring the best service to his clients, Mr. Masters became a member of The National Institute of Rug Cleaning (NIRC).

Before his sons, Robert and David Masters took over in the mid-1970s, Mr. Masters passed on his knowledge. Still delivering the same quality and service to their clients in Western New York.

Robert and David have passed on their responsibilities, skills and extensive knowledge to the third generation, Jeffrey Masters. He currently runs the company. And is still providing their customers high-standards and exceptional customer service their clients have come to expect from Master Rug Cleaner Carpet.
